This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Website and through related communications with ZGyro USA, including quote requests, consultation requests, newsletter signups, product inquiries, dealer or installer communications, service requests, warranty requests, appointment scheduling, and other business interactions. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Limited Warranty, and Returns and Cancellations Policy.

Important note: This Privacy Policy is intended to describe our Website and business-contact privacy practices. If you purchase products or services, work with us as a dealer or installer, receive installation or service support, submit a warranty request, or enter into separate written documents with ZGyro USA, additional notices, agreements, order documents, warranty documents, service documents, dealer documents, or legal requirements may also apply.

Dealers, installers, boat builders, shipyards, marinas, technicians, and other third-party service providers may be independent businesses with their own privacy practices. If you provide information directly to them, their privacy notices and practices may also apply. Dealers and installers that collect customer information directly should provide their own appropriate privacy notices and comply with their own privacy, data-security, and customer-communication obligations.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

The Website may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, server logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies. These technologies help us operate the Website, remember preferences, understand Website traffic, measure performance, improve content, secure the Website, and support marketing or advertising activities where enabled.

Because the Website is hosted and supported through Wix, certain cookies or similar technologies may be set by Wix or related providers for website operation, security, performance, form functionality, and related platform functions. ZGyro USA does not currently have a separate cookie banner or cookie-preference tool configured on the Website, and ZGyro USA does not currently have separate analytics or advertising tools configured.

If ZGyro USA later enables a cookie banner, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or similar optional tracking tools, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide additional controls or disclosures where required by law.

6. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, and Third-Party Tracking

Some browsers and devices allow users to send Do Not Track signals or similar privacy signals. Because there is not one uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Website may not respond to all such signals in the same manner.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in the manner required for the applicable browser, device, consumer, and processing activity. ZGyro USA does not currently have separate analytics or advertising tools configured on the Website. If advertising, analytics, or social-media tools are enabled in the future, third parties may collect information about your activity on the Website and across other websites or online services, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable law, and we may provide additional notice or controls where required.

7. Marketing Communications, Email, SMS, and Calls

ZGyro USA does not currently use SMS marketing or automated marketing calls. If that practice changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any consent or opt-out mechanisms required by law. We may use telephone numbers for ordinary, non-automated business communications related to inquiries, quotes, appointments, orders, installation, service, warranty, dealer, installer, or customer-support matters.

If payments are processed in connection with a purchase, deposit, invoice, service order, or other transaction, payment information may be collected and processed by our payment processors, banks, accounting providers, or other financial-service providers. ZGyro USA does not intend to collect full payment-card numbers or financial-account credentials through general Website contact forms.

Payment processors and financial institutions may process payment information under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. ZGyro USA currently may use Stripe, PayPal, bank wire, and ACH in connection with payments, deposits, invoices, or other transactions. We may receive limited payment-related information, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, billing information, and records needed for order administration, accounting, tax, warranty, returns, and compliance purposes.
