A New Standard in Marine Stabilization Engineering
ZGyro’s stabilization systems are built on a fully integrated architecture designed to maximize efficiency while minimizing failure points.
At the core of the system is a high-speed flywheel housed within a sealed casing. When in operation, the flywheel generates powerful anti-roll torque during precession, effectively counteracting vessel movement and stabilizing the boat even in challenging sea conditions.
Unlike traditional hydraulic-based systems, ZGyro utilizes a patented mechatronic torque control system paired with a direct-drive servo motor. This design eliminates many common maintenance issues, reduces mechanical complexity, and allows for extended service intervals, up to 2 years of maintenance-free operation. (excluding anode replacement)
